3 eggs, half a tomato, some greens, a clove of fresh garlic, plenty of turkey, plenty of colby jack cheese.
god damn delicious cooked in extra virgin olive oil and consumed along side a glass of super pulpy OJ. mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

Haha, that's usually what happens with me. I need a good non-stick frying pan if I'm going to make an omelette.
That and I put too many ingredients in which makes it near impossible to flip without breaking up.

precisely the problem i experienced today. huuuuge (delicious) tomato chunks arent very conducive to omelet integrity. :shocked:

I usually half cook a basic omelet then add my other ingredients to the middle and flip it over so it ends up like a cheese toastie except the bread is made of eggs. If that makes any sense.

same :D The risk is getting the middle part not cooked enough in the end, the outer layer of the omelette getting overcooked.
