Your probably squeezing your legs against them while your in the air.Spread your feet out wider.

Nah, it's actually because of the impact of landing. Y'see when your feet hit the ground your nuts get jolted down in their sack putting considerable force on the testicle cord. This can be prevented by getting higher backflips, and landing with less jolt.

yeah, i was going to say this.
If you do any kind of flip and stomp the landing it can hurt a fair bit, even with tight boxers on.
I always make sure i've got crotch support when tricking. It's essential :good:

thats not normal...
the only time my balls hurt doing a backflip was when i was naked on my trampoline doing backflips and fronts.
Land softer? lol
