Oh noes!
I was tricking today (i had the best session ever) and on the first trick i got pinched in my back.. (im not sure if its the right word for this...)
I landed parafuso too low, and there was this fast pinching pain in my lower back.
Ive never had this before tbh, is it bad?
Should I apply ice and rest or what?
I want it to go away haha. :punched:

Ice is generally good. apply it over your t-shirt though as you can keep it on longer with less discomfort.

this could be bad man. if you pinched a nerve you need to stay off it as much as you can. like really dont do anything that will cause spinal compression.
if you can go to a playground or something or find anything you can hang upside down on to decompress your back and take the pressure off the nerve.

ice as in?
RICE is a common principle, as it generally helps most injuries.

RICE helps most muscular injuries where swelling and inflammation are present. However when one has a nerve condition (and this is commonly associated with 'pinching' sensations), icing it will do absolutely nothing.
Anyone who told you to use ice is an idiot is basically what i'm saying.

it is not likely a nerve condition. RICE was the way to go for the first 2 days methinks.

I think there is a misunderstanding on my part of the OP's word choice. When I think of pinch it is immediately a nerve signal in my opinion, however, the OP then said he just wants it to go away so it may be more muscular in nature but until someone is from his country or types a more coherent post no one will know.
By this time it is useless anyway.
IIIIIII would recommend a doctor, hahah.

Ice is great when you have gum surgery.
