Physical activity is good after the cast, but I wouldn't do too much until you're 100% sure you can do it without causing harm. Maybe ask the doctor who put the cast on.

It would be eay for you to go to someone who can rehab you (physical therapist) just because there are so many things that you can do and it would take forever to explain. However, to start you off, just try to move your ankle, pointing your toes, pulling them back, bring your toes up and moving your foot inwards/outwards, pointing your foot down then moving it inwards/outwards. All these should be performed non weight bearing so elevate your foot by putting it on top of a ball or something. Once you feel you have gained your range of motion back AND THAT ITS PAINLESS THEN you can add some resistance to the same movements by using a theraband.

Id recommend you to go swimming
It should strenghten your ankles. Dont do anything with weight lifts before you are sure that you are able to do it.

well i was thinking of Physical therapy but it's too expensive ..that's why i asked here ..so yeah i'm gonna do those ..i hope it wouldn't take too much time for the pain to go away ..
but what's with the ball thing? lol
thanks

there's no way i'd be lifting weights around this time ..i can't stand (balancing weight on both feet) so i'd be lifting weights!
and swimming ..hmm sounds like a really good idea! thanks dude

Its so that you can do the full movements without your heel rubbing on the ground, so you'd put the ball under your thigh to keep your foot up. Sitting over the end of a bed or chair would work just as well.
