keep the s/t foot straight, then the other foot wont be able to touche the ground and gratz you forced a s/t :)

No. But.. Try to stall abit more, to get more height, just drill it tbh :)

your chest needs to be more open and higher apon landing, this makes a swing through 1000000 million x easier. if thats not what you asked for then sorry, but i'm pretty sure thats what you need to do. thats what i understand from your question atleast.

You land with your chest parallel to the floor with no momentum to pick it up and back into anything else.

i cant land it with the chest up, i dunno whats the right moment to get up without spin verticaly.

i watched your btwists a lot k-slash...but i cant copy cuz the styles are different i think.
dunno what to do...

Well it takes time man, there are a few ways to go about it.

But standing b-twists are hard to s/t so thats probably part of the reason.

BUT your problem is simple hahaha.

Think about this.

When you jump, your chest is parallel to the floor, so you rotate 360 and where is your chest going to land? Parallel to the floor.

What do you do? You pick your head up vertical when you take-off and kick your back leg. Now if you make sure your back leg goes up, you will still go horizontal but when you come out the twist, your head will be at head level and your leg will swing freely.

What I try and do is dip but dip for longer to bring my head around behind where I took off and up but kick like an aerial, not a b-kick, and it makes me whip round and come out standing upright.

This is hard to type, so I will film this tomorrow! Or friday actually yeah friday :]

Try adding a hook for power before your b-twist, Also get use to landing on your left leg before even trying s/t

yeah either add a hook or use the running set up to help you out.
