Replacing Milk in my diet

It seems like I'm milk intolerant.

Anyone has any ideas how I can supplement for all those important fats and nutrients that this godly drink contains?

If I'm not mistaken, there are pills that you can take that can nullify the lactose intolerance that you have to take before a meal where you know you will drink milk or milk based products. Check your local pharmacy.

I dunno, I just get bloated, gassy, and my pores clog up whenever I drink milk. Besides my mom is also milk intolerant.

No. I've tried it and it's shat. It's shit poor on nutrients compared to milk and it get's bad after 1-2 days after the sealing is broken :bad:

Rozon, try goat's milk. It's composition is closer to that of human milk, as opposed to cow's milk, so you may have a better tolerance to it.
