What does this guy do that screws his backtuck up?

I was going through this video, analyzing what people were doing wrong, and usually it was something like no arms, throwing head back/arching, not tucking or holding the tuck, or pushing chest to knees instead of vice versa, but when it came to this one at 1:29, I'm not really sure what he did wrong, I mean he uses his arms, jumps up, and has a tight tuck, but he still eats shit, why?
