Hey

I finally decided to upload my first video of those 2 moves, and I hope I receive some advice on how I can improve the B-twist.
I only practice on grass, had an elbow injury for 6 days, and some of the videos (of my B-twists) are from when I avoided to land putting my hands on the ground, so I didn't force it...

Last ones are how I did them after 30 or 40 minutes of tries... therefore I am not at my maximum physical strength... Here is the link:

So 2.54 of the same move? Too much to be honest.

Well anyway in your b-twist one thing you may want to look at is lifting your back leg up higher to help you become more horizontal in the air. At the moment your twisting to early so your not getting as much height.

Keep practising:good:

Ok thnks.

Well might be a bit boring, but for the B-twist I basically wanted to "show the progression"
Just so that if you saw something that I was doing wrong at the start it would help me improve it.

Anyways have had little time to practice, but will keep on doing it.

You mean at the end? Haha :D Yeah I know but I was tired after all the attempts, and I lack of flexibility...

But well I have just started! So there is still a long path to go...

Hey mate same as me, Im new here too. Ive been doing parkour for half a year and have advanced quite far with that but I hope to spice it up with some awesome tricking moves. So far i can frontflip, and am working on sides and baranis. I am also trying to get a clean butterfly kick before attempting some btwists. The flexability issue is a bit of a pain but i reckon if we just keep at it for a month or so that will be a much minor issue. Your btwists are way better than mine anyway. Im concentrating so much on the kick that i only get 180 degrees round lol. But apparently it is improtant to concentrate on the kick first and the twist second as it is the kick which is important for height and for a clean twist

flex has nothing do to with it
You dont put enough power into it, so you dont spin
