Personally I don't think you ready for the jackknife, i will help you with the others moves though.

For your para lift your outside leg as high up as you can, do not worry about side to side. Lift it as high as you can then at peak height join your legs together. When I first started this move i really concentrated on squeezing my abductors together. Try to put some more hip power into to it to help with getting around without landing short.

As for your raiz , it doesn't look as though your lifting or trying flip much. Lift you first leg high and pull it in a circular motion, push your hips up as you are attempting a layout per say. Also pretend someone is poking you in the back forcing you squeeze your lats together. This will help you open your chest more, which will help a bit.

Work your 540, double pump and do some stretches then you JK should be good soon.
