missleg question!!!

when you do a missleg full or a missleg side/frontflip from a cartwheel do you then have to kick the non touching leg up ?

from wrap through from carts i sort of throw it like a gms but more with an upwards motion then sidewards

Yea I think you mean wrapthru, I've never seen someone do a missleg any flip from a cw..

Do you have to- no. Does it help- yes. The bigger help is making sure you've effectively driven your body weight back up from the cartwheel in order to carry your momentum up and into the next trick, with all of these.
