Creatine or Protein.
If you had the choice of using just ONE of these two supplements, which would you use?
No need to lecture me or anything(I know milk + squats > all), just wondering which one you guys hold in higher regard.

Second thing, which i've asked before but im yet to get a clear answer from.
What to mix with protein shakes?
Water, Skim milk, normal milk?
I was initially told just normal milk.
Then i was told just water.
And recently instructed to use half skim milk, half water.
But yeah, whats the best? Water, Milk or Skim Milk?

#3)I have some stretch marks on my right bicep Aha! xD

A serious reply really isn't deserved here but Colonel should know that protein is not a "supplement" in the sense that....nevermind...just look at that damn picture and shut up.

Creatine and Protein shakes are both great for building muscle, but i was just wondering which you guys have found works better, i've found that i feel creatine works good for me.

And interms of the second question, whats wrong with it? I've heard conflicting opinions from various people. I was asking for TT's view on the matter.

I asked for advice, if you haven't got any, why bother? You don't have to post. :S

Creatine as a supplement (you can't eat that much red meat), protein from lean meats (poultry!)

No milk at all if you get acne, otherwise:
I'd use water for PWO shakes with whey, otherwise it doesn't matter. When bulking you can make casein shakes with milk add for instance bananas, cocoa, honey and oatmeal [better than any cheap weight-gainer].

I tried to help so please vote for the project in my sig

Protein is a maconutrient. If you allready get enough protein through your diet, supplementing with it would be useless. Creatine just retains water, yay.

You do need a lecture since you obviously don't know squat (phun intended).

Whole milk with protein. The reason why people say water is because it gets digested faster. Skim milk? No reason. Fat is good. Half water half skim milk? That guy is an idiot, don't listen to him.

Read up on nutrition and supplementation, then ask questions.

Sounds like you've already answered your question.

Did you ever gain or lose strength when "cycling" creatine on/off? I've heard if you have lots of type II muscle fibers creatine won't do anything.

Creatine can be a good addition to a vegetarian diet, though...
