They need a little work though.Any help appreciated.My btwist is a little sloppy.

Hey man congrats on having them down, For the assistance part:

B-twist:
With your B-twist i have to ask how is your B-kick? Because it looks like you are twisting too early, You need to lift(LIFT HARD) your left leg high before you twist. If you have a good b-kick you will get the whole gist of lifting your leg up higher than your head.
Lead-in>Lift(hop up)>Delay>Twist.

s/t Gainer:
For the swing thru part , Keeping in mind i am no s/t expert but... you kinda really lean back before you jump and this lean is making you jump Backwards not up! If you can S/t with your none swing leg under your body then Jump up lean back the gainer will be higher and more floaty.

Anymore more questions just ask man and goodluck, Final advice: Just keep drilling and doing your own little simulations with different technique's and you will clean it up in no time.

Hey whats up thanks Carney!I have bkicks but for some reason when iI do them they always turn into into an aerial.But next time I got out an trick I will record some of my bkicks and practicing the staling on the btwist.I twist wayyyy to early in btwist.I've been trying to get it higher.Also i need to dip more.My btwist set up is weak.:(

it seems like, your normal btwists are more horizontal, but because you go for swingthru you make that particular btwist more vertical.

you want a nice high btwist (possibly even a btwist round), one that you finish the rotation early, spot the ground, be in the upright position (after being horizontal) and then swing from there

just drill btwists and play around until they get better :p

I like your stuff dude! keep workin on it and in time, it will get better. For my b-twist s/t I don't really have to think of the b-twist because it comes naturally. The gainer is the part I have to think about but you should think of it as one move. (I did and its worked for me) Trying to get a normal b-twist into this is hard but you should drill b-twist s/t and b-twist so that you don't lose both. :)

Good Idea man! I need to get my twist better.I twist to earlier Into it.I need to practice the stalling and get my leg more straighter.I want my gainer to go straight over the Instead of going over to the side of me like a cheat gainer.

i would say practice getting your b twist higher, and when you go for a swang tru try landing your btwist with your chest up. and dont cheat your b twist to do that. the more you chest is up when you land your twist the easier the swang tru is going to be.
