Well as you guys know and probably hate, I like to film my tricks from the side. There are a few reasons for this,
1. When I trick I find I can fit the most tricks in the camera from the side and keeping it linear gives me a better idea of what I can capture on film. If I want to do a longer combination obviously I have to move further away.
2. I don't have a camera person many times, sometimes I will just try to grab someone at random to film a quick few things.
3. In group sessions no one wants to hold the camera and miss out on trick time.
4. I don't want to have to waste 5-10 minutes readjusting the camera in different angles while I am in the middle of a good trick session.
5. It gives me more perspective on how far to rotate, step over, etc.
I'll try to have a few more things filmed from different angles in the future. Later.
