Hey Moe Fouka's.

I just have a couple of questions to do with the connection of slant gainers and the corkscrew, If you feel you have these trox, please post if you have a spare second.

1. Lead in: Do you Slant and Cork with the exact same lead in? (Keep in mind the amount of steps , Angle you step, and if you change how circular you s/t)

2. Set: Is your cork a slantfull or is your cork a completely different motion? (And if it is a slantfull when do you wrap do you wait until your almost half way through the slant or as soon as your arms return from the swing above your head? etc?)

Thanks, I am still working on separating these tricks and keep loosing my slant gainers by changing lead in's. I think i swing my leg to circular should i go back to kicking it straight up with no circular sweep?

Thanks
Carney... Again:dead:

EDIT: here are some of my slants and corks ~

i set up exactly the same, but when i cork i try to think of the whole swinging side of my body as one piece, from the leg to my arm, and throw it all up and wrap around that point. for gainers i lean back more and push my hips upwards

edit - i rarely do slant gainers, i dont like them

Ok i think i got it.

I Use the same lead in and same S/t no difference as my Slant gainer.

But Soon as i am looking at the ground under me, and my arms are about to retract to my side i wrap like a psycho at my chest have my right leg a bit bent and stick my legs together and i have a cork!

Do you Slant and Cork with the exact same lead in?
Almost.
Is your cork a slantfull or is your cork a completely different motion?
For me it's completely different move.
When i began to learn corks, i try to do slant gainerfull and steadily crashed... But once i tried jump up and immediately begin twisting - in the same day i landed cork=)

I stall more in my cork. In my slanted gainers i just kick my leg up and "flip" right away, otherwise yes the lead in is the same for me.
