What does compressed mean?
I hear all these people talk about it when it comes to videos but all I know about the word, "compressed" is for a file. Like a .txt file and you compressed it using winrar and now its a .zip or .rar.

I wanted to know because the actual file is about 200 m.b and it takes forever to upload anywhere (esp, youtube)

Is their a way to make the video file smaller without having to lose quality? (and also, is their a way to make a video file smaller but still have the high quality option?)

nah, thats a street light in the background. I think the camera has some sorta super light cause their was no clouds and the video looks like it was cloudy outside. lolz
