Hmm... I would prefer it to be more floaty
but that would mean two things if you did that
1.you would look pretteh
2.yours would probably be better than mine
Both are reasons why you shouldn't do it :)

Don't really bother with worrying about that. It might look goofy to some but it'll also come in handy when you want to twist and wrap them in tight. You don't have to keep them in real close for the bkick though like you would for kicks moves. If you wanted to adjust it all you could just bend them slightly. My arms fly around funny with mine. I almost do what looks like a front punch with one arm completely unintentionally. Watch the video of mine below at 17 seconds in to see what I mean:

Yours looks all right by the way. It'll just get better with practice. Can you btwist yet? Because you have the form down and enough float to go for it.

You need more power. Try running into it, but not too fast otherwise you'll mess up the setup.
I'd also use my arms a bit more.

It doesn't look too bad man, are you putting enough energy into your set up? Because it looks like you just lazily go through the spin set up and really try to put all your energy into the butterfly kick, better executed set up usually means better trick
