View Full Version : going for split but back injuries what shall i do?

hey i have been stretching 5 days in a row and yeh i run 15 minutes before i stretch i'm going for the split. Today i just got this major back injuries and i was wondering what should i do? if a quit strecthing i will propaply not try to get split agin becaurse it hard to begin this challange. I allways finish what i start on. But now back injuries in middle og challange what should i do??!

Depending on what you mean by "major back injury" it might be alright to stretch in certain positions. Don't do anything that aggrevates your back though.

And as always, read the flexibility section on the main page. It'll make your progress faster when you return to stretching most likely.
