Hey peeps, I have a really big concern, Where do i begin.

Ok, Last week i woke the day after a big night of drinking and running around all night on a beach i noticed that i was excessively sore in my legs, It was a weird sore not fatigue or soreness but as if i had liters of lactic acid pile up in my calves. I found it hard to walk, Drive my car and even almost fell down in the supermarket from this weird problem. I done some Static Passive stretches(Reach for my toes etc) lightly, and had a spa too loosen up. I woke the next day better but the problem was now in my triceps and shoulders. After doing the same kind of thing i was a bit better.

I took 3 days off tricking sitting on a couch and having an occasional spa. I have also been doing quite a few soft static passive stretches lately to increase flexibility. But then it happened. over the next few days [Keeping away from static stretching and working more on dynamics instead before a trick] i started loosing tricks. I lost my J-step/reverse gainer flash that i use to land up right(fell out of), and now land on my knees with my hand on the ground. It then moved onto lacking height that i use to have in other tricks.

Recently i have noticed when simply walking around its like a full body exhaustion i have to sit down, and when i do sit down it doesn't change anything it feels like im still walking around, i can be sitting on my computer and feeling not stiff but almost lethargic/fatigued.. but there not the words to describe it. It feels as though i no longer feel certain muscles in my legs back and upper shoulders i use to feel.

Cut alot more information short i finally freaked out today, from when i was 10 years of age i have trained handstands, Tonight i couldn't hold one on the spot and was falling off them and not being able to stay up! Im that guy who has never lost a handstand competition and im struggling.

Im considering going to the doctor tomorrow because im scared im developing chronic fatigue or some bullshit. I have started weight lifting again, Eating more healthy with plenty of meat and protein. On calcium tablets for my bones etc So im asking you what do you think it is or should i do.

A few idea's that may have caused this.

- Excessive amounts of too much tricking built up over time.
- Stretching has put my body in shock
- Protein Deficiency (too many mi goreng)
- Not enough energy or sleep

Its also been mental i am just soo drained i cant concentrate well and just feel like im getting off balance more often than normal. I try to sleep 8-9 hours a night. And been limiting my tricks the last week to small sessions.
However the last month before then i have been drilling corks over and over and over on abusive levels.

What do you advice... Im fucked and go to a doctors, Or your say?

dude, try not to stress about it, see the doctor, chronic fatigue is a mysterious syndrome. I am really feeling sorry for you right now though man, things don't seem to be going to well. Just keep it together.

dude, try not to stress about it, see the doctor, chronic fatigue is a mysterious syndrome. I am really feeling sorry for you right now though man, things don't seem to be going to well. Just keep it together.

Your ideas for what has caused this are very unlikely but maybe the idea of your sleep could have something to do with it. Take a look at your sleeping patterns and try to keep them consistent. Also look at your diet you may not have anywhere near enough carbs.

I shouldnt worry though I'm sure your ok

my friend got the same prob. i told him to drink some wheat grass and after 2 days he was fine. i actually recommended for everyone.

it has more protein and more types of amino acids than any meat or beans out there which rebuilds ur muscles. it has a shit load of vitamin b12 which gives u a huge boost of energy plus its packed with chlorophyll which drains lactic acid. it has a hole bunch of other benefits...just rite wheat grass on google and ull c...i think theres like 40 benefits...1 pound of wheat grass is the equivalence of 20 pounds of fruits and vegetables and im not even jk :S

i started taking it cuz i was always soar after a workout regardless of how much i stretch...and my job is very hands on and it drains all my energy...so i wasnt able to trick until this grass lol i was jumping higher, lasting all throughout my training and i had loads of energy left...not too mention that i wasnt soar the next day! flexibility and mental focus increased dramatically also.

one other suggestion...get a deep tissu massage specifying that u want to drain the lactic acid from ur calves and legs...im a massage therapist lol and trust me...it works :P

carney dude, i think your just havin a lil off time, i havent had it like that but i remember a few times when i went out to trick and i was like :dead: after a few tricks.
i wouldnt worry about it :smile: make sure you get lots of hugs <3

rako: Thanks SOOOOO much, I have my fingers crossed on this one im going to buy wheat grass after school today and going to get amongst it, Ill also rest have a few spa's and see if H20 movement can help loosen me up that way. But really keen for this power grass :D

joepaxton: Ill re-analyze the hours i sleep and decided to rest a fair bit more than i normally do, Im going to stop large physical action for a couple of days and just do light stretching ^_^

poliver: I had depression for the last 5 years (wahhh wahhh) and i tricked better in that time, But in all seriousness i have never been better in my mental state for the last 2 years and going strong staying happy and level haha :tongue:

EDIT: i just bought wheat grass and had my first glass, I had a breakfast with tuna and an apple with some vitamins too.

I done some tricks today and still felt a bit sore but wasn't fully as bad as the last few days =D

Maybe mate, I have a fair bit of sugar but now you bring it up! I possibly might be a bit low occasionally cause i have been having less chocolate than i use to. Ill work on having some fruit and chocolate more occasionally. Thanks for helping! :wink:

give it a few days...like 1 or two and ull c the difference...i havent used it for like 2 weeks...and i used it again this morning after telling u bout it...my flips were bout a foot higher once more and so much power in everything...and no fatigue! altho i did trick for bout 3 hours :s but with this shit, i wont b soar the next day or barely, and have tons of energy for another 3 hours...just dont got time!!! so annoying...and now that winter is coming, no more tricking outside!! i dono how im gona do it!

No dietary changes other than less chocolate? I get a bit like that when I hammer my liver with alcohol after overtraining and undereating a while. Like usually it slowly gets to there, but if I'm already on my way to that and do something exhausting like drinking/running on a beach, I fast forward the process quite a bit.

My advice would be to keep up the resting/stretching, eat more, and wait a little while longer.

Just my 2 cents.

Oh sweet man, its my second day and i just had another glass, I will give it some time to hit in on me. i woke up sore and weak as hell today and i have been resting, i feel like i have lactic acid in my calves, abs and triceps. Actually my muscles feel like there shrinking. I left school today to come home and rest i am a bit flemy and feel i might be sick. I also am having chess pains and my joints are cracking more than usual. ... Im fucked lol but ill give it time and rest.

Just lately i have actually been eatting 2 dinners, I had a big bowl of spaghetti bolognese, then an hour later a pizza then an hour later some macca's. I then the other night had a Stake/Chips and salad the meal took up too plates then later i had some macca's cause i was out late and starving, Last night a ate a pizza and was real hungry after... MAYBE IM GROWING AGAIN LOL!

I think maybe i have been sick for a few months even just haven't noticed. Oh god. i cant afford doctors/massage etc lately too many other bills to pay for!
