:agony:I didnt stretch mine at all, it was super gay to get rid of as you know.
Light stretching may relieve some pain but I wouldnt do too much or it could casue it to become more injured:smile:

Sry for not posting the direct stretches (my computer is being gay right now) but about half way down the page are the abducter stretches. The first two should work wonders. Just don't go too deep into the stretch.

would those stretches also help with a tore hip muscle?

I don't know how good stretches are at healing any injury to be frank.
Just rest, with some light activity thrown in. Light stretches are probably alright, but don't go crazy thinking stretches will fix it.

I probably wouldnt say so, pain relief probably but I doubt it would help the healing a great deal.

Where do these stretches hurt you? You can try supporting your weight so you only shift light amounts onto it.

A random guess would be the hip flexor area.

Yeah but there are multiple hip flexors so was just curious if it made a difference while bending the knee or not. Also, it could be the hip flexor muscles or the hip flexor tendons, or a hip ligament or something, who knows.
