About 4 months ago i messed up some muscles in my back, there just starting to get better. I was wondering what i can do to get back into tricking.. Exercises and such to strengthen my back. How long should i expect it to take? Thanks

it depends how many pushups you do and how much juice you drink

i do 5 sets of juice a day
