So recently I've been "spraining" the bottom of my foot and I don't freakin get it.. it's like when I do a trick it'll feel really tight at the bottom, and it's usually something really basic..and I have no idea how I'm supposed to warm up that area, really or how to even treat it.

Has anyone experienced this? It's not even a lot of pain, but enough to put a damper on my tricking sessions :\

Yes, I have. I dislocated and fractured my right foot a month ago. When I did so, pretty much every tendon in the foot got stretched and sprained massively, making the sprains much more severe than the actual break. The bottom of my foot feels like a bunch of scaly snakes laid across a flat surface, because all the tendons are so stretched out and stringy. You can achieve the same kind of sprains without the fracture and dislocation I have. They can be really painful, like in my case, it just takes a long fuckin time to heal.

I might be misinterpreting what your problem is, but if its like cramp in your big toe's muscle, just pull bend your big toe skywards (back round towards the top of your foot). This may help someone even if its not a solution to your problem.

if i get what ur talking about
i have this a lot
pretty much everytime after work. i have to stand like 9 hours so my feet get kinda tired and this muscle under my foot feels like its really stringy and like its being pulled apart.

it's annoying cause it makes walking pretty painful
but the next day it's okay again :s

Lol I think that's it. A lot of it matches up.. it's feeling a lot worse than it was yesterday, but when I put pressure on my heel it hurts like a bitch >.>
