so i started working standing fulls with no step back in my setup

i think one big problem is i twist early, which has been a problem
for every twist move ive ever worked on

but any tips or drills i could work on would be appreciated

keep working the step back one until you land it everytime then go to standing, its harder to flip the twist without any momentuem. Work a standing back half, or round off halves.

I just recently got these :smile: It appears to me that you should set more and jump more before you start twisting (which it seems you have already realized). I got these by trying them 3 - 4 times per session and I got them in about 3 - 4 sessions.

yea the first time i landed one i was thinking about doing a half and stalled enough to have some time to twist...
but i guess ill keep trying them, i dont wanna throw them too often and hurt myself, but ill work on the stall twists next time i trick
