what do i do? how long does it take to heal?

might help to know it's not sooo bad, but it hurts none the less.

fail, you want to do some light stretching, and if you must trick i would say very basic, and probably no kicks. :good:
thats just from my experience.

I pulled mine too.It hurts just to jump up and spin.It's been hurting for about a month

i can safely say it's one of the most shittest injurys i had.

also, is there any hope that it looks worse than it is? like it hurts today, but it suddenyl feels a lot better by tomorrow? because i had similar injurys like that, although groin area sounds a bit more serious.

well uhhh yeah, the walking thing should get betta, but the time it took for it to be 100% was longer, the last lil bit was the longest healing bit.

iono, cos i went to a tkd lesson before it was completely better and made it worse haha, less than a month if i hadn't done that i think haha.

i'm going from one injury to the other, basically haha.

killed my hamstrings twice, fucked my groin once before, messed my lower back up, destroyed my ankle, and no this haha.

the two hamstring injurys took roughly one and half a year to heal all together.

i'm dangerous to myself.


edit: next on the list: breaking neck!

If everyone would read my injury information (not really mine but I am penetrating the masses (lolollolo) with it) the world would be a better place. However, since people ignore it, I hope everyone gets injured and lightly stretches the area until their eyeballs bleed.

I hate this shit. I injured my groin a while ago (sometime last year) and I had finally recovered and I had a little accident with concrete and a wall flip and somehow the worst thing that came out of it was a pulled groin. The problem with me is that I can't stop tricking when I'm injured. My knee is fucked to shit and it hasn't healed 100% yet and it's been there for a few years now (even before I started tricking when I just did flips) so I'm assuming it will never be 100% again, however it doesn't feel as bad as it used to. Also, my back is currently messed up in two places (left side of my lower back and the right side of my middle - upper back) and I did that this summer and it still hasn't healed yet. I'm thinking the middle/upper back pain my have something to do with a rib, that one gets sore when I sit for too long. Oh well, who cares, I'll trick until I drop :wicked:

also, good news is that it's feeling much better today, and i could turn around in my bed without it hurting. i can walk semi properly now too. i didn't go to P.E today though, but i assume it'll be a week at most.

No, it only appears it did until you hurt it again in the future and wonder why the injury came back.

i just tricked today and nothing hapenned. i also stretched.


i may have found my secret healing factor.

who knows, if i continue like this i might just grow a third leg!

Well, i pulled mine from excessive kicks about 8 weeks ago. in this time i havnt tricked untill two days ago and it felt fine then. But first 540 today and the pain started creeping back.... Recomendation?.... Light weight legpress with your feet almost looking like that of a penguin :P haha. Strengthens the groin and inner thigh.

well i stretched the first day after it and i felt no pain.

if there was something wrong i would've felt it already, in my opinion.

i mean, i can do the splits both ways without it hurting.
