View Full Version : How often do you train flexibility.
How long do you train flexibility and at what times of the day?
Have you seen any results yet?

When I actually trained, I did dynamics once or twice, and relaxed stretches in the evening. That totalled about an hour of stretching in the whole day I guess? Thinking in time sort of misses the point though I reckon.
I progressed pretty rapidly, especially early on.

every two days, but it doesn't have any effect if i skip a day afterwards.
and yea, i've had lots of good results :good:
just keep at it and push yourself further.
Twice. Daily..
Yes - can oversplit on both sides. It is difficult to get a training regime that allows you to keep the same power but is worth experimenting with. Don't give up :)

Oh..this is Aiden BTW.
Really good regime neil, I've been trying to stretch everyday now fitting in with various other exercises and I've seen pretty good results already.
You really need to be strict with it thought otherwise you wont get anywhere

Sweet dude, did you have very bad flexibility before training?
So, am i right to believe that you do not need rest days when training flexibility if your muscles are not fatigued?

Yes. But in my experience it can be hard to tell when you would benefit from a break. Sometimes I've taken a day or two off, and noticed improvement when I came back, even though I didn't feel like I needed the rest.
