i wanna use someones weekly stretching routine POST NAOH BEEETCHESS

well
i go for a like 10 minute jog just about every night at about 7pm before i stretch, so i warm up my muscles
i then stretch all my splits for like 10 minutes each
i hold that turnout position (which is in my other thread) while I'm doing my homework or watching tv.
THen i do the whole leaning over and touching your toes thing, and hold myself in that position for about 2 minutes
and that's bout it

I got my splits by doing this routine:

Running on the spot 3-5 minutes
[I include my splits into my weightlifting routine coz the more blood flow the better]
Bench press etc etc
More running 1 min
Squats 1x12 is all I need for split strength
More upper body conditioning
Front lunge 10 sec then isometric tensions for 15-20 seconds (1st Set)
Rest 1-2 min
2nd Set stretching hold isometric for 20-30 seconds not tensing to max
rest
3rd set stretching strong isometric tensions go to max
rest 1 min
Then I go into splits go as far as I can, feel pain go lower and feel more pain
rest 1 min
Then just finish off by stretching in the pike for 10-20 seconds real easy to relax

If you can't get your stupid splits the way you're doing it now, try this routine. I got a full split in about 3 weeks. Also, pain isn't as bad as you think. When used intelligently, it can get great results. And that's pretty much how I got the splits :)

sometimes chair splits or versa flex.

Dymanic side raise: 2*10
Static active sidehold: 4*10 sec
Isometric sidesplit: 5*10 sec tensing

W: Light
Dynamic side raise: 2*10
Isometric: 2*5

F: Heavy
Dymanic side raise: 2*10
Static active sidehold: 4*10 sec
Isometric sidesplit: 5*10 sec tensing

I just spend twenty minutes going through the stretches juji has for front and side splits. Also I do backbends, and arm stretches.

I've just recently started stretching though.
