So after a ridiculously long time trying to recover from back problems and seeing on help from doctors, I've decided to try a back rehab program written by bill starr, probably in the 80s I'm guessing.

http://ditillo2.blogspot.com/2008/06/rehabilitating-lower-back-bill-starr.html

At the end of the rather lengthy, unnecessarily narrative article, he details what to add to one's nutrition, so I'm here to ask about the best/cheapest options.

For vitamin C, I've found bulk powder for cheap, but it seems like itll taste like crap and not be very conveneint. Anyone have a product you'd recommend, preferably pills. I'm trying to take in about 3 g a day and maybe work up to 5 g.
For a vitamin B complex, i've found this http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/le/completebcomplex.html
Seem like a good choice?

Lastly on a side note, any recommendations on fish oil supps? Perhaps i'm overthinking all of this and should just go to a super supplements store, but I'm trying to be thorough and trying to make good buys.
Thanks!

I get my multi, fish oil, and glucosamine at costco.

I hear it requires membership which I don't have. Also I'm gonna be taking large doses so a multi alone won't cut it.

On second thought, I think I will go with the costco alternatives, i checked online and they seem pretty decent, thanks!
edit: I don't like their B-complex though, so I might stick to the BB.com one.

check out nutritiondata.com and find foods with the vitamins/minerals you need.

Taking supplemented vitamins and minerals from unnatural sources usually does more harm then good. Kind of like the same way sitting on machines in the gym all day ruins your real world strength

Fish oils/"Green Drink" mix are usually good since they are completely natural. Glutamine is also great as it repairs stomach lining..allowing you to absorb beneficial nutrients easier and keeping harmful crap from seeping through into your bloodstream.

Bb.coms prices are good bro, and about your vitamin B thing, just get a good multi and you won't need to worry about any god damn vitamin ever again =p

I had almost forgotten about this thread. Just wanted to say that high vitamin C a day feels gooood. Could be a placebo but who can deny the awesomeness of urine that looks like mountain dew!

Supplemented vitamins are not as good as vitamins from food sources, yes.

I have never heard of supplemented vitamins or minerals doing harm in any way (except during continous overdosing).
