What do you guys eat for breakfast?

When I'm at school, they changed our food so it would be "healthy" for us, which was the fantastic idea of taking bacon and portugese sausage and real eggs from us and replacing it with crap ass powder eggs and soy products, but when I'm at home.

4 eggs scrambled, 36oz of water, 2 cups of oatmeal with some whey protein and honey to sweeten it, 1 egg over easy on rice with shoyu and depending on how I feel bananas, pineapple, etc...

*don't mind the typos etc... This I-touch typing is pissing me off*

I try to get in two eggs cooked in coconut oil, and four slices of turkey bacon everyday. Sometimes I get a bowl of goat yogurt as well. And every other day I drink water, the other days I have almond milk (I can't drink cow milk without getting sick).

Some days, though, my breakfast is oven roasted chicken breast salad at the Subway on campus because my brother leaves so goddamn early for work. Ahaha.

Then on days I have no money, I bring fruit. Oranges or strawberries, unless I'm out and have to resort to bananas.

When I do have breakfast, it's just 3 or 4 slices of bread with peanut butter.

Edit: 3:30AM here. I just had the above, 3 soft-boiled eggs and a handful of cashew nuts. I'm probably going to bed soon.

I usually have four peanut butter sandwiches and 2 big glasses of milk but I'm trying to cut down on the peanut butter. That or I have a 3 meat sub with melted cheese.

Well the veggies and fruit is where I get my variety. This morning I had 1 bell pepper and half a case of baby portabella mushrooms. I usually put way to much veggies in and the eggs fall apart, but it is all good.

As for fruit, today I had pinnaple, kiwi, and strawberries.

I get school food free but they make me pay for anything extra and no way that a bowl of cereal the size of the palm of my hand would fill me up:bandit:

Why are eggs so popular for breakfast? In the morning you needs carbs.

Eggs. Sometimes with some cheese, chopped onion and meat thrown in.
Last week I was making whey pancakes a lot. A half cup of pancake mix + two scoops of whey + half cup or so of water + fruit [if you want] = good.

I usually eat a lot of fruit and fruit only upon waking. Eating fresh fruit with anything else just ferments it and hinders your digestive process and will drain your energy. I wait for the 30 minute window for fruit to leave the stomach then have either egg/veggies, oatmeal/maple syrup, or almond butter/bananas/seeds (bananas won't ferment nuts/seeds). All with a giant glass of almond milk mmmm.

Starting today: 120 grams of raw oatmeal with some cold water (as little as possible). Into that I throw: some honey, 50-70 grams of a random cereal (without sugar overload), a serving of whey, a banana and other random fruits.

Usually I cook the oatmeal and stuff, but I'm starting my GAIN WEIGHT PHASE so it's CHOW DOWN TIME where I have to PUKE ALMOST ALL DAY LONG.
