I've been in m/a for about six years and tricking about two. Sadly a back injury about a year ago and various moves have kept me from training seriously until recently. So i'm rusty but getting back where i was. I've got heaps of footage but no way to edit it; all i have is this little mini-samp i sent my friend when i was in Arkansas.

I sprained the everliving shit out of my ankle today, so open gym this weekend 99% likely to be out of the question. I show up to to Rock Solid on fridays and sometimes Bayside on Saturdays. Where do you go?
