I can't seem to get my strattles lower. The only time I can go lower is if I wait for about 30 minutes and then I do it again but I don't see progression in my regular strattles.
And does anyone know any drills to getting kicks higher and holding them in place? Basically I want my kicks to be like Gemma Nguyen's.
