I want to start my double fulls again but I have 1 problem and 1 question.

Problem: I Round-off to my right and twist to my left. There is a HUGE loss of power here.

But I can cart-full fairly easy, and havent attempted hyper full or fulltwist hyperhook.

Question: What would be a good way to down the route for doubles? Try and out power my cursed round-off or hyper/hyperhook the cart-full and go from there?

Edit: Forgot to mention my wrist is to far damaged to be able to pull BHS' :(

roundoff handspring

This. Crazyasian does it because he has the same issue. You have something in common with crazyasian! Be proud.

I don't see why people think this is sucha big deal. Its not like you are going to be connecting the twist to the roundoff. You SHOULD be setting staight up before twisting. If you are setting properly, all spin from the roundoff will be lost anyway.

how about learning round off on the other side.....probably could have it down in like two sessions. plus round offs are kinda useless imo unless your double flipping. I cant name a twist that trickers can do that you cant do from cartwheel. even triples. actually kinda easier. just stick to cartwheel unless your gonna do double flips.
