I admire your high standards too, although I'm a noob I have high standards for where I want a number of my moves to be before I try and progress them on, and high standards for just anyone in general too =p Like I'll congratulate anyone on anything since tricking is hard stuff and it's awesome when anyone does things, but if someone tried to tell me their move was perfect I'd be like "hmmmm...riiiight..."

i think i have high standards for tricking, although it's probably a little more than that. i look for style and, to an extent, "authenticity", if you understand my meaning haha.

I understand ^.^ That's why I like Ben Brown so much compared to other old school trickers, while there are others who can do moves to the same power that he can or same extension, he just sems to give it all this flare and style that makes me want to hump him.

The same with Grant, his latest mini sampler on youtube just looks awesome, he does this simple combo in it which is just a pop 3 > hook > aerial but how he does it just gahhh makes me so wet.

During this winter (because lets face it, Autumn is just a friendlier word in Britain to say Winter) I'm going to drill holding kicks and flexibility sooo much and as soon as I'm in work start lifting again and start going to gym sessions once a week. Then hopefully when spring comes around again I'll actually have some kind of power to start with haha :] I'd love to be a touch on Grants power.

I remember talking with Jiayo James a few weeks ago and we discussed how speed in tricks can play such an important role in getting an immaculate style, to rename people like Ben, Grant, Kjer, Doeni and what not all have excellent styles and are all wicked fast. So speed is something I will want to acquire :]

2010 will be my year haha.

Even though this thread is about how small Pete is (I'm sure he's not), anyone else want to discuss what they plan to do during ultimate shit weather season?
