Since I can't trick or left weights at the moment, I am going to work on my stretching. Also since I really cant leave my bed to much and get exercise I'm going to graph my progress for a week.

My main interest is to just get the splits down. I want to improve all 3 ways. I used to be able to go into the splits completely on my left side only if I did a webster to it then I would pop right back up. So its safe to say I'm pretty inflexible.

great idea nigga. wish i could stretch my side splits but i cant because i pulled my muscle (long time ago) and it kills when i get about a foot of the ground. sucks!

It burns so badd.... i think i pulled my left groing muscle and it kills and burns to streach and i cant find a good streach for it, the muscle is on a horizontal accses with my pubs about 2 1/2 inchs to the left from the center of body. any good streches for it?

Stretching probably won't help that much. Just do maybe some light stretches, rest it, and keep up some light activity.

yeah, streaching didnt seem to help at all actually, thismourning i got up and it killed, i hurt it doing jackknifes ( the hook kick part )

Brolli normal SS with them wrist things is blue haired , atleast in the first Brolli movie. In the second one he has no /wrists and he has regular piss yellow hair.
