then go out and learn them like the rest of us had to do. lol.

best of luck!

few tips: fuck tutorials, try to break the moves down in your head yourself and come up with ways to do them, by yourself.

stretch (your legs, back, ass, anything really)
be sure to warm up (basic kicks, like all the ones you mentioned up there)
eat properly
dont be a girl, just chuck shit. falling on your ass builds character and plays a huge role in tricking haha. (and if you are a girl then.... im so sorry)

watch videos of tricks, find the ones that appeal to you, then go out and try to learn them like the rest of us. A lot of experimentation and analysis is what I had to do. If you already have a background in some form of martial arts then you know what training is lol.

best of luck!

few tips: watch tutorials, don't try to break the moves down in your head all by yourself when you're first starting, listen to what the pros say about tricks, because in order to perfect something you must have extensive knowledge of it. When you've gained some experience and feel for certain moves you can start to relate certain tricks to other tricks and come up with ways to do them by yourself.

stretch (your thighs, spine, butt, everything really)
be sure to warm up (basic kicks, cartwheels, and ankle and joint warm-ups, (like all the things you need strong in order to prevent injury)
eat well and know what your body needs to take in for it to strengthen and become used to acrobatic maneuvers.
don't be a wuss, but know you limits. falling on your ass may hurt but it also tells you what you are capable of. Knowing what is out of your league and being safe to prevent injury plays a huge role in tricking- especially for a beginner (though what is "out of your league" changes quite rapidly if you train and don't get hurt) hardyharr. (and if you are a girl then.... im not sorry at all because most trickers will want to rape you.)

oh hai dere dovod om!

Drill Cartwheels, tornados, hooks, tornado-hooks, roundoffs... Watch loads of samplers and learn from them,,, stretch! remember to warm up always (dymanics.. can be found in jujis flexibility article)...
so go out and learn:D
BEST LUCK!
