After some training sessions at rotterdam in the autumn holiday i decided to create a vid. well i can't upload it into youtube so i converte this file to a rather quality and post it on vimeo. soon i'ill upload the vid on youtube =D

nice man... ik woon in de buurt, Maassluis. Kzou wel een keertje met jullie willen trainen, (ik train nog niet zo lang als jullie, dus ik zou veel kunnen leren). Maar jullie doen meer freerunning of niet?

yoo chill chill, gaan we zekers doen.
ja we hebben een groep uit 10 mensen: freerunners en trickers. we doen gewoon beide =D
