hey. im new here but i can help you with your tornado kick.
you're twisting way too much but enough for a 540 kick.
i only know this cus i've been doing taekwondo for 9 years but
watch your kicking leg.
if its too straight out you could possibly break it if kicking something..
so try turning your hip more so that your kicking leg turns more into a round house kick.
once you got that down. try doing a 540 :]

Hey thanks man, there was a slight bend in my knee but I think the jeans concealed it some what.
I've been working 540s but I find landing on the non kick leg awkward i end up doing parafusos instead.

either way.. xD
yeah.. theres just too much twist in your tornado kick xD
try to not turn so much and land your kicking leg in front of you :]

-There is not too much "twist" in your 540; you're just spinning out of control after you land
-You need to jump harder, throw your arms and torque your body over MORE so that you have room to get the leg all the way over
-It doesn't matter if your kick is chambered or not
