well, thnks for tellin me for any of u guys who answered my question! i got another thats been buggin me...

since i trick 30-45 min a day, how do i alternate my tricks without forgettin how to do them again when im tricking the next day with a different trick?

i mean, jujimufu in his website says that u dont hav to learn EVERYTHING at one day during ur drilling session. i dont do that, but heres my example: i learned an axe2aerial on monday. I was able to land it, but 2 or 3 days later, when i went back to train them again the second time , i lost it! why does it happen to me? is it because of muscle memory?

if u dont get me, ill try to be more specific

1st of all this is jujimufus website.. but thats beside the point..

well.. Im sure loads of people are mor qualified then me at this topic but I will try to contribute anyway..

1st of all (i know its the 2nd time i say that but im serious now!) everybode loose tricks.. they'll get better once you relearn them..

2nd you might still be able to land a2a on a "good day" but not on a "bad day" if you get my meaning

3rd If you are trying to learn several similar tricks at once that might fuck you up (according to Dogen anyway..) so if you were trying to learn other variations of the aerial at the same time that might be why you failed at your axe.

I might be completely off topic... i tried anyway :D

Learning is a personal journey, There are many guidelines people (like juji) set to help people learn to trick. Juji's is a good way to help people to not over train.

But we are all individual, You dont need a routine, and i dont recommenced you have a tricking week routine, You will find tricking becomes less enjoyable, You might get stuck on a trick and its training day could be a wednesday, and you might really not want to learn it and you will despise heading out on that day...

What im trying to say is run on instinct and have fun, train whatever tricks on whatever day, But be Smart with your instincts, Don't trick till you fatigue stop when you notice your performance slacking off the slightest or even before. Don't learn 10 tricks at once(i done this and i ended up with A lot of tricks in one year but they were all sloppy and incorrect technique so i had to spend ages later relearning/drilling them and changing my old techniques which is more frustrating than getting it right the first time.

And keep in mind your body sometimes feels like doing different things, So you might feel like drilling gainer variations one day and another day it might be kicks or tumbling!

If you worried you will loose a tricks progression you are working on, make a scrap book put it in there and each time before you go for a trick write the certain trick(s) you want to drill a couple of times.

But my advice when you get a new trick or combination, Drill it out Heaps, and even for the next few sessions. Then when you slack off learning other tricks you do it occasionally off muscle memory. But don't worry to much we all loose tricks occasionally its a part of tricking, and when you get them back there usually alot better technique and easier for your body to perform.
