Yo! i finally filmed my c720 (on my phone, quality therefore is bad) unfortunately on this one i let the kick out a bit early on this one, but i normally don't, any tips etc.?

pump it with your non kicking leg. bring the nonkicking leg over your kicking leg when you spot your target in the air for the first time. basically do a jacknife except dont extend the first leg.

I don't think there's anything you really need to do except drill it. And to pump or not to pump is just preference, really.

thank you ladies i tried doing the whole jacknife without the round thing, and i definately got much more height but my rotation went to hell, i'll just keep working on it then.

edit: and you are lifting u r kicking leg too early.
