This is the most non-pussy workout plan ever !!
The idea is to do the 3 most basic exercises (SQ,BP,DL) 3 times a week with 58-62% of your 1RM. 5-8 sets of 5 reps of squats and deadlifts, 6-8 sets of 6 reps of benchpress. You can do 1-2 additional exercise per training, but it's not neccessary.
Has any1 of you tried this ? I gained 3kgs in 4 weeks using only protein and carbohydrate supplements and eating loooaaads of food. For me, it's the best routine I ever tried. I repeat, this is not for pussies :wink:

Cause pussies do splits like "training six times a week and doing all types of useless exercises and not training more than one body part at a time". Deep squats are not for pussies. Deadlifts are not for pussies

Anyways, this was just a tip for something new if haven't heard of it. If you don't like, don't try it :shocked:

They're also templates not for "pussies".

ahh my bad, 3 BASIC exercises 3 times a week, sounds everything is a bit too basic for me
so tell us how far you get when you hit a point and it stops working.
the idea of splits is to work each muscle group, optimizing each section of your body.
in slovakia do you use tree branches and stones for a bench press?

Around here and pretty much any other creditable forum, we use _x_ as a volume indicator. Don't piss me off again :ogre:
And people around here don't appreciate when people say so and so is pussy or non-pussy without actual proof.

I think the pussies are the ones that don't train at all. People that train for athletic performance using machines and a lot of benching have good intentions, they are just ignorant.

58-62% of your 1rm is for girly men. I bet you can do better. And number x number usually means sets x reps.

It's a decent basic beginners program I think, haven't had much of a look at it really though. A very strong powerlifter I train with got started doing that for a couple of months.

58-62% may not sound hardcore, but trust me, it is.
I have tried many split routines and they're far less effective than this one.

btw my bench 1RM before korte was 95kg
I haven't been benchpressin since i finished this routine (4weeks?). I just tried to hit my max last sunday, and I benched 105kg (almost hit 110). I was surprised...
my point is - I LOVE KORTE :tongue:
