I know this is probably a stupid question, but there's a reason for it. I'm not trying to get better ab's or anything, but one of my ab's kinda hurts a little bit, and was wondering if running is going to dramatically effect it? I know running is considered cardio and more than anything just helps you lose fat, burn carbs and whatnot, but wasn't for sure if it did anything to the ab's to make it worse? Would you run if you had injured your ab's but running doesn't make them hurt? I'm probably going to run today before I get a legit answer, but I was wondering if anyone had similiar problems or had good advice for a workaround besides running or something.

Core muscles like the abs and back are used in running. It can injure them if you do too much, or it can improve them if you do what you're able to recover from and improve upon. To change things you could try lower speeds, running on an incline (uphill), changing your gate, paying attention to how your feet are striking, how your arms are moving, your posture while running, stuff like that.

I achieved an orgasm once while out running due to friction by my clit-piercing.
