I just restarted work on my kicks after taking a break of not kicking or stretching for roughly 2 months(to focus on Uni and various circus shows). This is my first session back, these kicks are sooooo sketchy and I have no reputable level of flexibility left to say the least, but if you guys have any technical advice, other that just stretch that would be helpful, especially for the 540, bs7, c7 and the hook_tornado.
Cheers,
Liam

Your jumping looks very lazy. I'm sorry if that's actually you putting effort into a jump or if there's a certain reason why your vertical has been compromised. But for fuck's sake; MEAN IT when you jump.

Most of your kicks are decent, you mostly just need to JUMP.
