just get some proper weights man then just look anywhere on google and follow a routine pre madeby an expert. simple. you expect to get any muss from using a bag of books and some pushups. oh and for having toned abbs is easy.
lots of hanging leg lifts and differnt variated cruntches and then cut in :)
Also for the "side bottom abbs" are you on about obliques. have a google look on that word . If it is work on side lifts and so forth

SQUATS AND MILK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU HAVR NO SQUATS OR MILK!!!!!

why the hell would you do 100 crunches a day?

I'd do 50 backflips instead =D That way, you're also working your legs^^

If you can get your hands on a gym membership;do it.

If you can get your hands on Starting Strength by Mark Rippetoe;do it.

You're not going to build muscle on that routine.

squats and milk.

also lets revise it i suppose

3 sets of 8 curls
3 sets of 8
3 sets of 8 flye freeweight
3 sets of 10 crunches (if its too easy add weight)
3 sets of 8 leg weights

i would try this to begin with, and play about with it.
also perform these ever other day, and do it so the 8th is almost impossible
you can try these and play about with it.
also try reading up on guides about gaining muscle, it really helps.

Waza, read the stickies at the top of this subforum, especially the myth one.

Waza, read the stickies at the top of this subforum, especially the myth one.
He doesn't even need to do that,I've linked them all in my post.

I thought I'd make it slightly more convenient for him,so he'd be more likely to read the stuff.

Oh didn't see that. Don't understand why people miss them, they take up like half a page so it's impossible not to see them.

I think they just dismiss them. Cunts.

Aye, people want you to tell them the answer right away, they don't want to spend time reading and actually getting some knowledge.

ok after the first post about reading i stickies i read them but most of them relate to weights or access to a gym
and in my first post i said i dont have any proper weights and i dont go to the gym due to money (saving up for ATG)
i just started this around a month ago so my knowledge isnt the best so thats why i made this thread
oh and kiz, i have no idea what flye freeweight is and im unsure on the whole adding weight to crunches too

You're not going to build muscle on that routine.

Or more importantly, strength.

If you really read through the threads and absorb the info you should be able to put together a routine without weights by yourself. They relate to weights because they are superior (if done correctly) when it comes to progressive overload.

ahh apologies to my avatar, i got bored and decided to change it.
flye weights are laying down and with a freeweight in each hand, do the motion of a pec deck.

Ya, and there's no polite way to say this, but so have many people before you. That is why we have stickies and old threads, and indeed a forum rather than a chatroom.

You'll be reading the same crap whether it's in the stickies, old threads, or the replies to this one. Except in the latter case everyone replying will be grouchy and offensive.

In order to be successful your best bet is basically to have an understanding of what you're doing. As opposed to just following some arbitrary routine posted by someone else (none of the pros are likely post routines anyway haha).
