I know I won't get a physique like this overnight, I was thinking maybe like a 3 or 5 year plan. However, is it possible to achieve a physique like this without taking steriods? I see these natural body builders and they all look hella tiny...

I would have trouble deciding which part of them to eat first.
Y'know, if I was part of a tragically unsuccessful arctic expedition with no other source of food and one of them drew the short straw.
Yes it's possible, although I have a feeling this guy takes them anyway ha ha

Actually I think this guy talked about having previously taken steroids. My stupid detail oriented name remembers him having an account under the name of "Kane" on bodybuilding.com.

Judging from the first pic, I'd say he needs more muss in the lower back, but maybe not, Also I'd like some leg pics of this guy. And I'm sure it's possible to achieve this without roids.

Yes, but not much more than that, this is pretty much the peak someone can get without roids;

Layne Norton who is pretty much the best natural bodybuilder.
Although KVKX wasn't juicing and had 20 inch arms.

He's quite tall though, 6ft5, and has freakyyyyy ass genetics and phenomenal strength. Although he wasn't taking steroids he was doing silly things to increase testosterone including daily eating raw beef liver.

Haha lower back muss is hardly noticable compared to upper backs
To increase testosterone naturally just eat 300 grams of fat a day and branle once a week

Steve, how does eating fat increase tesosterone haha?
Because testosterone is derived from lipids

Too scrawny to be my ideal. If I were to limit myself to being completely natural, I would say my ideal physique would be Michael Lockett. Keep in mind, he's been drug tested multiple times, and I believe polygraph tested as well.

I want big ol pecs. Mine just sort of flatten into my stomach. I have almost no "pec shelf."
Damn, Michael Lockett has big fucking arms. And shoulders. And legs. And everything. Badass. I would prefer to look more like that Alec Musser guy personally, but I recognize the man-points are through the roof for Lockett.

Dexter Jackson was in his late 30s at the Olympia this year. I think most of the time they are around that age range. It shows that age is not an excuse for letting your body go like most people tend to believe, though.
But Dexter Jackson looked like shit, ha ha.

That Kane guy looks like Joe Eigo.
You can easily be bigger than this naturally, but not quite as lean, you could also get slightly leaner that this but then lose a bunch of muss while cutting.

I take for granted that everyone I meet who's got a physique better than my own are on, or have been on steroids.
To this day I have been 100% correct in all cases.

Phew! He doesn't neglect his legs totally then! I feared that he might have. Everything looks out of proportion though. Especially his biceps. Having biceps bigger than your shoulders looks comical. His posture looks gammy as well, but maybe that's just when he's posing.

Yeah i agree, he looks pretty abnormal, especially his arms like you said...they are way too big compared to the rest of his body. He also has a small waist. When I saw the first post I kinda laughed at his physique. Not saying that's not an impressive physique, but he looks a little unusual.

Whether you believe his physique is out of proportion, not ideal, whatever, you'd have to be a complete tool to "laugh" at his physique.

I didn't exactly laugh, its just he just looked a bit unusual. Don't get me wrong, I know it look hard work and dedication, and it would take me a long time to get like that. But by no means am I forcing my opinion on anyone, or saying he should change the way he looks, I was just stating my opinion.

Yeah, everyone is entitled to their own opinions. It just seems so common that anyone with an impressive physique gets a bunch of people who haven't accomplished near as much criticising every little thing about them. It gets old and sometimes things get taken the wrong way because of that.

If you think this is natural, then lol
These days, even natural bodybuilders take steroids. I wonder why there's still a naturals' competition.
BTW the guy on the threadstarting pics looks awesome (much better than this lockett guy imho), but I doubt he's clean

First, I didn't say he was natural, but personally, with as much as he's went through to show that he's natural, I'm not going to call the man a liar. Also, not all natural bodybuilders take steroids. Sure, some do, it's definately not fair, but certainly not all do.
Also, the pics in the OP, he's all of about 180lbs in those pics. I'd personally like to actually be big, which Lockett is. Really, I'd prefer being Ronnie Coleman big.

OK, I like his 180lbs much better and ronnie is disgusting for me. But that's just my opinion :)
This guy looks like shit ha ha, if I'm going to take steroids then it's going to be so I can be a sphere of muscle, not so I can be a disproportionate Shang Tsung
First guy's traps suck and his forearms are small. not to mention his pecks are about to eat his nipples.

Pretty much anyone can make themselves (for average height) 185lbs, with a 320lb bench, 387lb squat, and 440lb deadlift at single digit bodyfat; and do it without the use of steroids or prohormones.
However, the way your physique will look at that point is dependant on your genetics. Most people don't have nearly 18 inch arms at that point, for example, without a lot of extra work which this guy probably put in for them.
But if you actually want to look like this, bulk your way up to 200+ pounds, get your bench, squat, and deadlift to around the numbers he has listed there, and then cut your bodyfat down to single digits.
Unfortunately you are probably a turd that is incapable of accomplishing this, but i wish you the best of luck!
-Envy-
Dec-10-08, 01:22 PM
All I'd need to do is increase my bench and work on my arms. Time to switch to the typical gym rat routine: Bench press, chest flys, barbell curls in the squat rack, hammer curls in the squat rack, superset preacher curls and concentration curls, and abs.

I would say my ideal physique would be Michael Lockett. Keep in mind, he's been drug tested multiple times, and I believe polygraph tested as well.
In regards to drug tests, are there drugs that don't show up on the tests? Or, that you use drugs all except a given period of time before the test so that they don't show up, then after the test you go back on them?
For polygraphs, I'm really suspicious of false positives and negatives on those things. I think some really collected guy could pass lying on that, and a real nutcase could be telling the truth and they think he's a liar.
