Im just going to run through my routine so you can give me an accurate answer. I never stretch when im cold, always before and after i work out. Ill start out with jump roping for about 5 min. then when im warm ill work on my front and side splits, i do isometrics about 4 times a week like the flexibility section says. after that i have a pole in my basement that i pull on when i sit down in as much a split i can get for my hamstrings, back and hips, then i fold my legs on top of each other and pull on the pole then i do forward bends. it takes about 15 minuets and i feel like im stuck. if i dont warm up then ill probably hurt myself.
I was thinking maybe more variety? i also never do ballistics.
any suggestions?
