Need help with reverse set-up

I've been working on reverse gainerflash and gainerfulls. I was just wondering if anyone has any tips on the reverse set-up since I can't find any apart from Juji's reverse gainer tutorial. I want some clean ass reverse gfulls as I really can't seem to get the inversion from a j-step but find it alot easier from a reverse?

Make it a jstep reverse. When I started I could only straight gainer tuck, and reverse gainer tuck. Once i learned the j step I bcame comfortable with a hybrid of the two. Now I can Jstep Reverse Gainer Flash.

by reverse do you mean pivot step? cause thats my best set up. I love it and understand it.
