for the best results you should do 10000 reps with the bicep machine, just like all the people in my gym. they know what they're doing

I was actually reading a study that was published recently which revealed that something like 75% of all professional bodybuilders have, or have had homosexual encounters.

Pushups do actually involve biceps to a degree. As pull-ups involve posterior delts & triceps more than most people assume.
Correct. Possibly the best body weight exercises for biceps I have encountered are chins, muscle ups (on rings) and the easiest lying pullups with an underhand grip.
If you are not using your back properly with exercises like these, it also tends to put more strain on your arms anyway.

The posterior delt and the long head of the triceps help to extend the arm at the shoulder, so yes they do assist the lats in shoulder extension, just like the pecs assist with abducting the arm.
I really can't see how this translates to the biceps helping with pushups. Is it because the long head of the biceps flexes the shoulder joint so it assists the anterior deltoid or something? Certainly it could do nothing but hinder the elbow extensors.
In which case, since only the long heads are helping these movements, should we just say 'a tricep' or 'a bicep' since it's not really plural, but 1 of 3 or 2 respectively?
