I think the layout is pretty good. Fairly standard practise to have 4 columns. However I think the background does the website no favours. It'll work just as well without it, in my opinion anyway. Pretty cool nonetheless!

this layout rocks. fuck yes. and the people in the banner is good imo. While it does only show a few people, it does show that they are real people and not just fake stunt actors or something. Real people, of all types doing the samething that we all love. I like this layout, a lot.
