hi. im a new tricker and i took taekwondo for 9 years..
so i got those 540's, bkick, tornado, and etc.
but the problem is the back tuck.
i know im doing some parts right like using my arms to get height and tucking in really tight but i watched juji's backtuck tut and he says to look forward most of the time.
i do that but i always seem to land on my knees -,-
so should i look up and tuck?
and any more advice?

Who's doing a flashkick in your avatar? Haha..

Uhh.. if you want to continue having good technique I'd suggest not throwing your head back/up. If you're landing on your knees and you jump and use your arms like you say, then that just means you need to tuck not only tight, but a lot harder.

And when you tuck bring your knees up to your chest versus your chest down to your knees, or else you completely lose all momentum for the rotation.
