cause when i do them like after the next day my legs hurt so much i can hardly move them and some times i can't even feel them but then again i don't really stretch when I'm having any sessions with friends or not .......

Then you're either doing them wrong or not resting adequetly.

like I really do not know cause i can do them and them i end up not landing them and them my legs start to hurt so i think i might learn to tuck first

Practice some take offs without the actual gainer. As you do the take off, try to pinpoint where it hurts the most. Once you figure that out, try to modify your take off so it doesn't cause that pain anymore. Of course you don't want to modify it to an extend where your technique suffers. Make sure you get enough rest though.

so just go for it but don't actually do it
so just do the motion of it and see were it hurts most right

You don't want to "go for it" because sometimes you could hurt yourself by stopping the motion too hard. Just go over the movement slowly and assess what you're doing right/wrong. If all else fails just take a break from the trick for a week or two.

its common sense! and im pretty sure that the pain has nothing to do with the j-turn
