Downwards/backwards (this is in relation to the direction you are facing before take-off)

Watch a lot of videos and analyze the technique until you know it so well that your computer bursts into flame :good:

the reason i loled was because he basically said... don't filp until you have flipped..
lol
he's almost right tho :P many loosers are performed with 75% of the flip before leaving ground...

haha 75%? that'd require some fine spine flexibilty ;)
but yeah, most people don't keep their upper bodies up.. and that's okay IMO, it works for me

woops i ment "can you reverse aerial"
when i learned rev aerial i learned loser in like 1 or 2 tries after that.
i mean it's all in the setup obviously.
try to do a loser but try to do it on the spot, like not travelling backwards.
after you get that work on taking bigger/more steps backward.
what helps me sometimes is leaning forward a lot (this also helps me in regular websters obv and atwists)
and tbh i dont think learning frontflips first works. the flipping motion is the same but the setup is very different.
anyway thats just my personal exp, just see if it works for you :good:

how is that even possible ??!!
It's really simple. It's just a setting technique used for most moves. He means in the case of a loser that you get your swinging leg up as high as possible and the rest of your body dipped down before your second leg leaves the ground. Don't think of it in terms of your whole body having rotated a little already because obviously if one leg is still on the ground it's not the case.
