some people say not to and just wrap and spin and then spot the ground. o.O

i look at the sky when i take off and spot the ground after the twist
just try it both ways and see whats better for you

most important thing to do is to lift your hips and chest upwards and dont start to turn your head before you start to reach center of gravity :-)
